Afraid!

You are not alone. We are all afraid too.

“I have great ideas and a bunch of talents too. But my problem is I am SCARED.”

“My dreams scares me to death. So I give up on them.”

Fear is not peculiar to anybody. It is part of our universal gene.

My point is this: don’t allow fear to limit you.

Learn from my Aspirations

I want to be the man people all over the world look up to for Godly counsel in business, relationship, career, marriage

I want to be the man who inspires people to live to the fullest

I want to be the man who is a father, mentor, brother, helper and role model to many generations to come

I want to be the man whose name does not erase from the sand of time

I want to be the man whose lifestyle will teach others about God’s unconditional love and faithfulness

What will I do today?

What will I do each day?

To become that man someday!

So I cried this morning!

And I wept tooo

Well, yea, tears flowed freely down my face when I realized that Dr Myles Munroe and his wife Ruth Monroe alongside 7 members of their team died in a plane crash.

Interestingly, I was just settling down to send a different broadcast for my Monday series only to make that discovery. It totally changed what I wanted to write about.

By the time I got myself together, I needed to talk to someone and the closest person to me at that time was my son, Ayomikun.

Although he is only 7 years old, I shared with him a simple but profound truth. For you, it most likely is not a ‘New’ truth but just in case you have not been living life based on this truth, you might want to read what I shared with him.

‘Ayomikun, never forget this… you were sent by God into this world to do…

LESSONS FROM MY SET BACKS (part 1)

Between 2009 and 2011, I read, researched, spoke and wrote extensively on the subject of talents and leadership. However, at some point I literarily gave up.

I wrote a book title ‘Talent Juice’. It was typeset, edited and almost published. But at the point the book was about to be published, I gave up.

I started a motivation outfit in 2010 named Creative Impact. We organized 2 seminars a month for 6 months on self discovery and personal development. Afterwards it folded up.

Between 2008 and 2013, I dropped out of school 3 times. Now those I taught in college are university graduate while I’m still doing my first degree.

All this happened between 2008 and now. Yet this period is the time of my most astounding success. I received more awards and accolades during this 6 year period than my first 20 years.

Why? It is because everyday in every way I am getting better.

Each time I fall I  pick  something up.

Every of this experience works together for my good.

After each set back, I came out better.

Is it because I am smarter? No.

It is because each time I messed up, I run back to my creator who is an expert in fixing the broken.

It is by His Grace that I am still standing.

And He is willing to help ANYONE who turns to Him.

AIDED! God Never Sends You Empty Handed

Noah’s Note: Here’s a great insight for you from one of my mentors- Emike Bini Oyemade

Emike Oyemade

cartoon-boy-runningWhen God gives an instruction or sends on us an errand, He usually makes enough provision for the accomplishment of such errand. Unfortunately, most of the time we do not see those provisions and the hidden blessings that comes with obedience, especially when we become overwhelmed with the fear of carrying out that instruction. Our faith dwindles spurred by what our eyes can see and how our mind puts the logic together based on our human reasoning, and then we quickly begin to see the impossibility of doing what God may be asking us to do. We totally forget that God’s thought towards us are of good and not of evil! Jeremiah 21:9, “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
