I woke up this morning thinking about one of my staff. She just joined us barely six months ago. She is so hardworking. She is doing everything she is supposed to do well. But ….
She is not getting even up to half of the results our organization expects from its staff.
What is the problem? She needs to channel her time, talents and energy to her natural habitat.
How can you discover your nature habitat?
Your natural habitat is THE AREA WHERE YOU GET THE GREATEST RESULT EVEN WITH MINIMUM INPUT (in terms of time, talent and energy) .
